1.1 Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Your") and SafePlace Community Lda ("SafePlace", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the SafePlace Community platform, including mobile applications (iOS and Android), website (safeplace.community and subdomains), APIs, and related services.
1.2 Who Can Use SafePlace
- ✓16 years or older: You may use SafePlace independently
- ✓13-15 years old: You may use with verifiable parental/guardian consent
- ✗Under 13 years: You may NOT use SafePlace under any circumstances
1.3 Changes to These Terms
SafePlace may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification with 30 days advance notice. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
